St Mary’s Church, the finest building in Luton, Grade 1 listed, in the heart of the town, is available to use for corporate events, functions, celebrations, meetings, parties large and small.

Capacity and access
The Church can seat 260 or 400 with additional seating
Maximum Seated capacity in the Hall is 104
The Lounge can seat 24 for a function or 28 theatre style
The kitchen is well equipped
Only rooms booked may be used
Parking may be negotiated if availabe.

Enquiries
If you are interested in holding an event within the Church building, please complete the downloadable Booking Enquiry Form.
Upon receipt of a booking enquiry, details will be discussed at our weekly team meeting. It is often helpful for a member of our team to meet with an organiser to discuss requirements and possibilities and so you may be asked to come into the church to talk things through. Once a decision has been reached you will be notified
of the decision.
If a booking is to proceed a Hiring/Church Use Agreement document will be sent to you for your completion and a deposit requested. A copy of the Terms and Conditions of use will also be sent.
In the event of a booking being cancelled, a fee will be charged.
