There is no worse a time to be homeless than in the middle of winter, and to be without home comforts than at Christmas.

The organisations that care for Luton's homeless people - NOAH, LAMP and other agencies - do a great job, but are under severe pressure due to funding cuts at this time. You can find out more about them here.

St Mary's seeks to support the homeless of Luton throughout the year by helping staff a nightly soup kitchen, and a nighshelter when it is very cold.

We want do all we can this Christmas, so we are hosting a Carol Concert on Thursday 15th December to support them.

In addition, the offerings from our Christmas services will go to the work of NOAH.

And you can give at any time by text.  Just send a text to 70070 with STMX11 £2 / £5 / £10  (choosing the amount you wish to donate). You will receive a text by return inviting you to complete a small online form that will ensure that an additional 25% is added with Gift Aid.

Please join us in doing all you can to
