Clement lives in Ghana and has recently completed training to be a vicar and was ordained in Summer 2005. His desire is to serve the Lord, to bring hope to the hopeless in his country.
He grew up in a town called Bolgatanga in the north of Ghana. After receiving basic education, something not all children from farming families enjoy, he learnt carpentry skills and went through a period of self-tuition, gaining formal qualifications, which enabled him to go to teacher training college and receive teaching qualifications.
He is married to Theresa and they have one child, called McDerick.
St Mary’s sponsored Clement through his training and through our Gift Day offering, was able to purchase a motorbike to help Clement with his work with young people in Northern Ghana.
Pray that God would protect him as he travels and help him to reach the young people on Ghana with the love of Jesus.
