St. Mary’s Church, the finest building in Luton, Grade 1 listed, in the heart of the town, is available to use for corporate events, functions, celebrations, meetings, parties large and small.
 Enjoy the accessibility and ease of being in the centre of Luton, close to the Mall where there is shopping and easy parking available.

The prestigious main church can seat 260 on comfortable cushioned chairs and a further 140 to the rear of the church on folding chairs, making a total capacity of 400 – the largest such space in the centre of Luton.
 The main church hall is licensed for 120 theatre style for a presentation or speech, 42 classroom style on 14 tables of 3 facing the front, 42 hollow square style or 42 u-shape. For a function, the capacity is 120 seated at 15 rectangular tables of 8.
 The church lounge can seat 28 theatre style for a presentation or speech, 26 classroom style on 13 tables of two, 24 hollow square and 20 u-shape. For a function, the capacity is 40 seated at 5 tables of 8.
